Google Forms for Anecdotal Notes & Intervention Documentation

Google Forms don't always have to be created for others to use.

Have you considered using a Google Form that is customized for each of your RTI or other intervention students, as a way to help you document your interventions?  If you have the form ready to fill in, recording your notes can be easier and more efficient.  Graphs about the data can also be created using Google Sheets.

Here's a sample note-taking Form I created just to give you an idea of what you could create.  You could create one form for each student that already has the desired TEKS and goals listed.
